聚能水压爆破技术在水平岩层隧道施工中的应用

摘    要:水平岩层的超欠挖控制一直是隧道爆破施工的难题。为解决凤凰隧道开挖过程中的超欠挖问题,分析了水平岩层变形破环的原因和聚能水压光面爆破的原理,进行了聚能水压光面爆破试验。现场爆破试验表明,在水平岩层中采用聚能水压光面爆破技术,施工进度快,爆破质量好,生产成本降低显著,经济效益和社会效益均有了明显提高。

Abstract:The control of over and under excavation of horizontal strata is always a difficult problem in tunnel blasting construction.In order to solve the problem of over and under excavation in Fenghuang tunnel,this paper analyzes the causes of horizontal strata deformation and breakage and the principle of concentrated energy hydraulic smooth blasting,and carries out the concentrated energy hydraulic smooth blasting test.The field blasting test shows that the application of the concentrated energy hydraulic smooth blasting technology in the horizontal strata has the advantages of fast construction progress,good blasting quality,significant reduction in production cost,and significant improvement in economic and social benefits.
