精细化管理在建筑施工管理工作中的应用策略

建筑施工管理工作较为繁杂,在相关工作开展过程中,一些新的理念与方法可以得到较好应用。通过对建筑施工管理工作的开展状况分析发现,固有的管理理念与方式方法的实际有效性正在不断降低,精细化管理可以成为管理工作调整与优化中的基本选择。精细化管理虽然具有很多优势,但实行精细化管理并不简单。建筑施工管理工作开展过程中固有的不足也会成为精细化管理的制约因素。论文分析了精细化管理在建筑施工管理工作中应用的难点,并提出了有效的精细化管理应用策略。

The Application Strategies of Fine Management in Building Construction Management Work

The building construction management work is various and complex,in the development process of related work,some new ideas and methods can be better applied.Through the analysis of the development status of building construction management work,it is found that the actual effectiveness of the inherent management concepts,modes and methods is decreasing,and the fine management can be the basic choice in the adjustment and optimization of management work.Although fine management has many advantages,it is not simple to implement it.The inherent deficiencies in the development process of building construction management work will also become the constraints of fine management.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the application of fine management in building construction management work,and puts forward effective the application strategies of fine management.
