加强施工企业财务团队建设研究

随着科技的进步,信息及数据传递的速度越来越快,企业对于信息收集和处理速度的要求不断提高。对于财务管理工作而言,财务信息系统应企业要求不断升级,财务工作人员的职能也不断转型。施工企业的财务人员同样面临系统升级、职能转型等问题。论文结合施工企业财务团队建设的特点,分析了财务团队建设的现状和存在的问题,探讨了问题背后的原因,并对财务团队建设体系进行了重构,以满足新形势下财务管理的要求。

Research on Strengthening the Construction of Financial Team in Construction Enterprises

With the progress of science and technology,the speed of information and data transmission is faster and faster,and the requirements of enterprises for the speed of information collection and processing are increasing.For the financial management work,the financial information system keeps upgrading to meet the requirements of enterprises,and the functions of financial staff are also transforming.The financial staff of construction enterprises also face the problems of system upgrading and function transformation.Combined with the characteristics of the construction of financial team in construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of financial team,discusses the reasons behind the problems,and restructures the construction system of financial team to meet the requirements of financial management under the new situation.
