基于以人为本视角下民营企业成本控制研究

受新冠疫情影响,我国很多民营企业都遭遇了有史以来最大的危机。新冠疫情所造成的“黑天鹅”效应更是让很多民营企业措手不及。部分民营企业为了有效控制复工复产之后的成本,采用裁减员工或者变相降薪等方式,在一定程度上影响了员工对于企业的归属心,容易造成人才流失。基于以人为本视角,论文探究了民营企业成本控制的措施,对于增强企业凝聚力和员工工作主动性等具有重要作用,能够帮助企业从提升企业工作效率角度实现成本控制的目标。

Research on the Cost Control of Private Enterprises Based on the Perspective of People-Oriented

Affected by the COVID-19,many private enterprises in China have encountered the biggest crisis ever.The"black swan"effect caused by the COVID-19has made many private enterprises unprepared.In order to effectively control the cost after work resumption,some private enterprises adopt the methods of reducing employees or reducing salary in disguised form,which to a certain extent affects the employees'sense of belonging to the enterprises and is easy to cause brain drain.Based on the perspective of people-oriented,this paper explores the cost control measures of private enterprises,which play an important role in enhancing the cohesion of enterprises and the work initiative of employees,and can help enterprises achieve the goal of cost control from the perspective of improving the work efficiency of enterprises.
