摘    要:随着我国经济的发展,社会的进步,国企得到了迅速的发展,技术人员离职的相关问题也渐渐引起了相关人士的重视。国企的发展基础在于人才,而在整体人才体系中,技术人员决定着国企的发展前景,如果技术人员离职现象较为严重,就会直接导致国企的发展受到阻碍,所以必须要在现实情况中分析国企技术人员离职的具体原因,并以此为基础制定留人对策,使国企具备人才优势,不断提升市场竞争力。据此,论文分析了相关问题,希望能够对现实有所裨益。

Abstract:With the development of China's economy and society,the state-owned enterprises have developed rapidly,and the related problems of technical personnel dimission have gradually attracted the attention of relevant people.The development of state-owned enterprises is based on talents.In the overall talent system,technical personnel determine the development prospects of state-owned enterprises.If the phenomenon of technical personnel dimission is more serious,it will directly lead to the development of state-owned enterprises being hindered.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the specific reasons for the dimission of state-owned enterprises'technical personnel in the actual situation,and on this basis,formulate countermeasures to retain them,so that state-owned enterprises have excellent talents potential,and constantly improve market competitiveness.Based on this,this paper analyzes the relevant problems,hoping to be helpful to the reality.
