承德钛精矿的利用途径探讨

摘    要:论述了利用承德钛精矿的途径:直接用作硫酸法生产钛白的原料,电炉法制造酸溶性钛渣,电炉法制造高钛渣和将高钛渣焙烧成人造金红石,酸浸法制造高品位人造金红石。对4种工艺方法进行了技术经济分析比较。

Abstract:This paper deals with four methods of using ilmenite concentrate in Chengde:1) The direct use of ilmenite for the feedstock of producing titanium dioxide by sulphate process.2) The ilmenite use for the feedstock of producing acid-soluble titania slag by electric smelting process.3) The ilmenite use for the feedstock of producing high-titania slag by electric smelting process and transforming the slag into synthetic rutile by sintering process.4) The ilmenite use for the feedstock of producing synthetic rutile by hydrochloric acid leaching process.Their technical-economic analysis and comparison among these methods are also presented.
