| 摘 要： | 科学发展观作为中国特色社会主义理论体系的重要内容之一，既是我们党执政理念的升华，又是全面推进小康社会和现代化建设的根本指针，还是发展各项社会事业的重要指导思想，当然也是高校思想政治教育工作的科学指南。本文在分析以科学发展观为指导原则和衡量标尺的基础上，具体提出了如何以科学发展观为行动指南，做好高校思想政治教育工作的方法和途径。
