| 摘 要： | 机动车交通事故责任强制保险和第三者责任险是关于机动车的两个重要险种,两者之间在诸多方面存在着差别,商业性三者险在实践中起着补充"交强险"的作用。文章对两个险种进行了全面的比较分析,以利于提高认识,在保险实践中更好地发挥它们的作用。

| Abstract: | The Motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance is different from the Commercial third-party liability insurance.The differences exist in their nature,provision content,management principle,covering scope and compensation principle.This article analyses the differences between the two insurances.So as to help people to enhance the understanding to them,and people could use them more effectively in practice. |
