后危机时代的中小企业景气状况及其特征分析

文章通过对浙江省504家中小企业的问卷调查表明,与2009年相比,2010年、2011年中小企业景气指数明显回升,但总体水平仍然较低,并且2012年还将小幅走低。影响中小企业景气指数的因素依次为:国外订单、盈利能力、融资状况和投资意愿。企业规模越小,景气指数越低,其中,销售收入低于1000万元的小企业景气指数自2008年以来,持续下降;国内销售为主的企业,景气指数相对较低,并存在明显下降趋势;工艺品、金属制品行业景气指数较低,电器机械及器材行业景气指数略高。此外,国内外经济环境显著影响着景气指数,尤其国内经济环境对景气指数的影响较为明显。

Analysis on SMEs Business Conditions and Characteristics in the Post-Crisis Era

A survey of 504 SMEs in Zhejiang shows that the SME business climate index rose considerably in 2011 compared to 2009 and 2010,but its overall level was still comparatively low,and it will be slightly lower in 2012.There are many factors that influence the SME business climate index,including overseas orders,profitability,financial conditions and investment intentions.The smaller a firm is,the lower its index will be,and the index of firms whose sales income is less RMB 10 million has fallen continuously since 2008.The business climate indexes of firms with mostly domestic sales are comparatively low and clearly tend to decline.The indexes for industries producing handicrafts or metal products are relatively low,whereas they are relatively high in the television and equipment manufacturing industries.Domestic and overseas economic environments affect the index significantly,especially the domestic economic environment.
