农村双向流通体系构建与扩大农村消费研究

完善的农村流通体系有助于优化农村消费环境、增加农民收入,扩大农村消费需求。当前,我国农村流通体系仍然存在着市场分布散乱、管理体制不到位、基础设施落后、农村流通环境较差等弊端。通过打造"农产品进城"和"城市商品下乡"的农村双向流通渠道,可以解决农村居民"买难卖难"的窘境,能够刺激农村居民消费。政府应加强农村商品市场基础设施建设,建立物流配送服务体系,发展农村连锁经营业,完善售后服务,以加快构建农村双向流通体系,促进农民消费。

Building a Two-Way Circulation System in Rural Areas to Expand Rural Consumption

To improve the circulation system in rural areas will help optimize the rural consumption environment, increase income of rural residents and stimulate rural consumption demand. The rural circulation system in China now still has some problems in terms of scattered and disordered market locations, unsound management system, backward infrastructure and poor circulation environment. A two-way cir- culation system should be built for agricultural products to go to towns and cities and for urban commodity to go to the rural areas. In this way, the difficulties for rural residents in selling and buying products could be overcome and the consuming desire of rural residents could be triggered. The government should enhance the infrastructure construction of rural commodity markets, establish logistics distribution service systems, and support the growth of chained business in rural areas for better after-sales service.
