摘    要:主要讲述了交通企业培训文化的创造应以绩效为导向,分析了该文化的创建应在交通企业的员工培训中贯穿始终地进行培训评估,并强化了投资回报率的评估,研究出五级评估中交通企业的哪些培训适合哪一级评估。
