现代管理环境下的企业集团财务管理模式研究

随着信息化时代的到来,企业集团所处的现代管理环境发生了重大变化。为提高企业集团的经营实力和管理效率,集团要对传统财务管理模式作出深刻变革,强化对集团各子公司财务的集中管控。论文分析了现代管理环境下企业集团财务管理模式存在的问题,并提出企业集团财务管理模式创新的策略,以期通过实施基于财务共享中心的集中化财务管理模式,不断提高企业集团的财务管理效率。

Research on the Financial Management Mode of Enterprise Groups Under the Modern Management Environment

With the advent of the informatization era,the modern management environment in which enterprise groups operate has changed significantly.In order to improve the operating strength and management efficiency of the enterprise group,the group must make profound changes to the traditional financial management mode and strengthen the centralized management and control of the finance of the group's subsidiaries.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management mode of enterprise groups under the modern management environment,and puts forward the strategies for the innovation of the financial management mode of enterprise groups,so as to continuously improve the financial management efficiency of enterprise groups by implementing the centralized financial management mode based on the financial shared center.
