Discussion on Capital Structure Problem of Vanke Group

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,especially the real estate industry,which plays an indispensable role in China's economic development history,has made great contribution to economic growth and investment growth.For real estate enterprises,capital structure plays an important role in enterprise operation and has gradually become a hot spot in the field of financial research.This paper takes Vanke Company Limited as the study object,firstly briefly introduces the basic situation of the enterprise,then analyzes its capital structure through data,finds the existing problems,and finally puts forward targeted suggestions,so as to boost the development of Vanke Group to a certain extent and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry as a whole.
