| Abstract: | With the high-speed development of knowledge economy, the technological innovation of enterprises more embodied the dynamic and complicated process of social knowledge-creating. Based on the theory of social capital, the paper adopts correlative theories of the new institutional economies to analyze the internal mechanism of the enterprises social eapital influenee on technological innovation. |
