| 摘 要： | 发挥高校图书馆在构建和谐社会中的作用，既是图书馆事业发展的需要，也是社会发展的需要。论述了高校图书馆与和谐社会的关系及在构建和谐社会中的地位和作用，并提出了高校图书馆面对和谐社会如何向社会开放的建议。
