广西旅游管理本科教育与旅游业发展适用人才培养浅析

广西旅游管理本科教育总体上发展较快，但人才培养的定位不明确，专业知识结构缺乏核心竞争力，教学模式和就业期望存在差异，毕业生总体上就业率较高，但专业对口的流失率尤其是景区就业的流失率较高。因此，广西旅游管理本科教育应重视与旅游业适用人才培养的对接，明确本、专科教学层次的定位，强化专业特色定位与课程设置的对应性，引导学生制定好职业规划，做好教师储备与教学结构调整的工作，重视实践性教学，构建学校-职能部门-旅游企业三位一体的教学与专业实践的复合体。
