浅析垄断性矿产资源的市场化改革思路——以上饶应家磁坞金矿采矿权首次拍卖为例

矿产资源勘查和开发行业作为先行性的基础行业,直接关系国民经济的发展大局。但是目前我国矿产行业存在不少问题,改革迫在眉睫。本文以上饶应家磁坞金矿采矿权首次拍卖为例,从经济学角度分析我国目前垄断性资源改革的特点,并针对不足提出垄断性资源的市场化改革的思路。

Superficial Analysis on the market reform of monopoly mineral resources--From the case of the first auction of Yingjia Ciwu Gold Mine in Shangrao

As one of the leading fundamental industries, the prospecting and exploitation of mineral resources have a direct bearing on national economy. However, nowadays there are some problems existing in Chinese Mineral Industry, so the market reform is very urgent. Based on the case of the first auction of Yingjia Ciwu Gold Mine in Shangrao, this article analyses the characteristics of the present reform of Chinese monopoly resources from the point of view of economics. Moreover, this paper also prompts the thoughts of the solutions to the problems of the market reform of monopoly mineral resources.
