| Abstract: | The government in Zhejiang has carried out an active control on sex ratio at birth since the fourth population census, which bring the sex ratio at birth falling. According to the date of population census, trying to find out the law of statistics , we analyse and describe the feature of changes, the nature of descent, the evaluatin standard and transformation point. |
