| 摘 要： | 2014年以来。青岛西海岸新区围绕“一核双港、九区联动；生态基底、轴带贯通；组群发展、产城相融”的空间发展布局，加快实施海洋战略，率先实现蓝色跨越，建设美丽新区。全域集聚了中德生态园、青岛经济技术开发区、青岛前湾保税港区等5个国家级园区和5个省级园区。而中德生态园，绝对是其中的“明星”。
