企业价值网络运行机制实证研究

摘    要:随着经济全球化,经济系统越来越复杂,消费者需求和信息技术分别从拉动和推动两个方面促使企业内部组织机构方式以及企业的相互关系发生着深刻而重大的变化。基于这种变化而展开分析,目的是为处在知识经济和数字化时代环境下的企业提供一种全新的企业管理模式——企业价值网络。企业价值网络运行机制包括协同运行机制、信息共享机制和能量交换机制,以海尔为例分析了企业价值网络的运行机制及得到的启示。

Abstract:Along with an increasingly global economy and more complexity of economic system, dramatic and deep changes are taking place in the internal structure of an enterprise and relationship between enterprises in modern times. In this paper, the discussion and analysis is just based on the above change. The purpose is as follows: providing a new business management model---value network for corporations in the environment of knowledge economy and digital period. Inter-firm value network running mechanism includes three aspect, they are the cooperation running, info exchange and energy exchange mechanism. Haier as a good example of value network, the author introduces the running mechanism in detail, and gives the sum-up at last.
