新疆经济增长促进就业的效应分析

前不久中国社科院发布的2009年《社会蓝皮书》显示,中国中西部居民的就业压力较大,失业率超过10%,其中大中城市失业率约10.1%。本文就新疆经济发展的现状,从理论和实证两方面对经济增长的就业效应关系进行分析,尤其是运用就业弹性对其进行分析,得出结论并分析其原因,最后提出提高就业弹性、解决就业问题的措施。

The Analysis of Efficacy on Promoting Employment by Increasing Economy of Xinjiang

《Blue paper of society 》publiced by the china's social scientific stutio recently in 2009 year,has indicated,the people from the middle-west of china are facing the seriously stress from employment,the unemployment rate has exceeded 10 percent,and the rate of unemployment in the most of these citys is about 10.1 percent,the article is based on the situation of economica developmence in xinjiang,it analyses the relationship of employment efficacy about the growing of economy from the theory and demonstration,especially uses employment elasticity to analyse,the paper draws the conclusion and tries to find out the reasons,finally it raises the measures about improving the employment elasticity and solving the questions of employment.
