| 摘 要： | 通过建立建筑工程质量综合评价指标体系和质量指数计算的数学模型，研究如何对一个地区的建筑工程总体质量水平进行量化评价。客观地反映一个地区的建筑工程质量变动情况及发展趋势；同时也为政府有关部门和社会提供统计信息，引导施工企业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the approach on quantitative evaluating the overall quality of local building projects, and develops an evaluation index system and a calculation model for building projects quality. The work can reflect the status and development trend of regional building projects quality fluctuation. Meanwhile, the paper provides statistics information for the administrative departments and the whole society, which is conductive to the development of construction enterprises. |
