| 摘 要： | 要提高城市规划管理的效率和质量,须对现有的规划管理机制进行创新。本文在论述了我国城市规划管理机制现状的基础上,指出城市规划管理机制创新可从四个方面入手：建立科学化与民主化的决策机制、公开化与远东化的政府机制、法制化与完善化的监督机制、专业化与社会化的咨询机制。

| Abstract: | In order to enhance management efficiency and quality of urban planning,it's necessary,to carry on the innovation to the pre- sent management mechanism of urban planning. This paper elaborate the management mechanism present situation of urban planning in our coun- try.on this foundation,pointed out the man- agement mechanism innovation of urban planning may obtain from four aspects:The establishment of scientific and democratize decision mecha- nism,the public and standardization government mechanism,the rural and consummate surveil- lance mechanism,specialized and socialized consultation mechanism. |
