食品流通中的安全追踪是食品安全的重要保证．日本通过多年的发展形成了一套较完善的食品流通安全追踪方法。文章介绍了日本近年来食品安全追踪体系的实施现状，分析了食品安全体系的思想核心及构建食品安全流通体系的条件，最后结合我国现状．对发展我国食品安全流通体系提出了相关的建议。

The Analysis and Inspiration about Safety Tracking System in the Process of Food Circulation in Japan

Safety tracking is essential to ensure safety in food circulation. In Japan, there have been a better method of safety tracking in food circulation. This paper describes the implementation of the status quo of safety tracking system in Japan, analyses the core idea of food safety system and conditions of building food safety circulation. At last combined with the status quo of our country, some suggestions about the development of food safety circulation system are given.
