| Abstract: | The paper discusses the essential of administrative structure of corporation. Then it points out irregular phenomenon incurred in restructuring state owned enterprises. It also analyses the reason, and puts forward the proposals for regularizing administrative structure of corporation and setting up clear restriction among stockholders, board of directors, board of inspectors and management team. |
