| 摘 要： | 金融业具有以自组织特征为主、他组织特征为辅的双重特性。从自组织理论讲,我国政府对金融企业经营活动的干预应该消除,虽然政策金融的存在具有其合理性,但应尽可能地创造条件将政策金融市场化,且金融开放的步伐不能过早、过快。

| Abstract: | This paper demonstrates that financial industry is dominantly characterized as a self-organization with some properties of hetero-organization.Using the self-organization theory,it concludes that the interference on the operation of financial companies from the government should be eliminated,and the administrative finance,although reasonable to some extent,should be commercialized as soon as possible.It points out the financial opening should be take by steps. |
