在教学中探析我国消费者权益保护法

消费者权益是消费者利益在法律上的体现,是国家对消费者进行保护的前提和基础。消费者合法权益保护问题涉及面非常广泛,涉及商品和服务的种类更是举不胜举,侵犯消费者合法权益的行为也有种种不同的表现形式。本文结合中职学校经济法律课程,拟对我国消费者权益保护中存在的问题及完善进行探析。

Analysis on China's Consumer Protection Law in Teaching

The interests of consumers is embodiment of consumer benefit in laws,and the premise and foundation of the state protection to consumers.It covers a very wide range and involves a very broad categories of goods and services and violation of legitimate rights and interests of consumers has different forms.In this paper,the author tries to analyse consumer protection problems and corresponding measures combining the economic law courses in second vocational schools.
