| Abstract: | Based on the experience of quality management system of Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the operating characteristics of quality management system of research institutes are introduced in this paper. Quality consciousness, quality documents and project management are analyzed in particular. And finally, the future prospects of development of quality management system pattern of research institutes are discussed. |
