| 摘 要： | 为应对“非典”危机 ,政府已经投入了一百个亿 ;为了应付“非典”危机对经济的影响 ,政府还需要投入更多的资金。“非典”类危机是不确定的 ,时时有可能爆发 ,为此 ,政府要建立起危机管理机制 ,其中包括财政金融调节机制。

The Establishment of Fiscal and Financial Regulatory Mechanism by the Government in Crisis |

| Abstract: | In order to cope with "SARS", the government has already input ten billion yuan RMB, and ready to put more into the work overcoming its influence,especially on Chinese economy. The crisis such as "SARS" is uncertain and may happen at any time. Therefore, the government should build crisis management mechanism,consiting of fiscal and financial regulatory mechanism. |
