在中国资源约束条件下,人民币升值降低了进口资源密集型产品的成本,可以缓解能源等资源压力;但人民币升值又在一定程度上抑制出口,对外部均衡造成负面影响.文章在内外均衡框架下对人民币汇率变动做了尝试性的分析,导出了一个内外均衡条件下汇率水平的经济学逻辑模型,提出了几点不成熟的宏观政策建议.

Towards the Resources-Bottleneck-Checked RMB Appreciation: An Economics Analysis

Under the resources-checked conditions, it is true that the appreciation of RMB lowers the import cost for the resources-intensive exports, which may alleviate the pressure from the resources demand such as energy, but the appreciation restrains the export to a certain degree on other side. The paper makes an analysis of the variations of the exchanges rates within the internal-&-external-equilibrium framework, which leads to the establishment of an economics logic model for exchanges rate levels under the internal-&-external-equilibrium condition.
