大学文化之学院文化建设浅析

A Brief Analysis on Cultural Development of University Faculties

In recent years,with the profound transition in economy and society,the backwardness in university cultural construction has been gradually emerging.The issues on reshaping university culture and dropping its positive influence on the public have become a focus of widespread concern.As the main body of university,faculties are the carriers of the development of university culture and considered to be the important bases for training high-quality technical personnel.Containing the universality and individuality of university culture,cultural development of faculties will have a significant influence upon the direction,progression and effectiveness of university culture.As for this,it is of vital importance to propose a new way of establishing the cultural development of faculties,which would help improving university comprehensive competitiveness and enriching the connotation of university culture.
