群体性事件的诱因及对策探讨

我国正处于转型时期,群体性事件不容忽视。社会矛盾长期累积,民众为维护自身合法利益而采取违法行为,非直接利益群体的加入使事件扩大化,是群体事件的诱因,解决群体性事件,必须强化管理,注重网络及第三方组织和主流媒体作用;引导网络传播,善于换位思考,充分考虑民众利益;加强民主建设和基层组织建设,体察民意;建立渠道畅通、透明的沟通通道,制定对应机制,以妥善处理社会矛盾,促进社会和谐。

The Incentive and Countermeasures of the Mass Incidents

China is in the new period of transformation,mass incidents are not negligible.The interest conflicts of all parties are intensive and various social contradictions and conflicts inevitably emerged.Mass incidents are typical examples of long-term accumulation in various social conflicts and the sudden outbreak.It is proposed to prevent the outbreak of mass incidents,focus on networks,third-party organizations and the role of the mainstream media,make the corresponding mechanism in the grass-roots power and handle social conflicts properly.
