| 摘 要： | 通过对辽宁省部分地区62家农民专业合作社的经营状况、治理机制调查,发现农民专业合作社整体发展水平还不高,普遍存在缺乏实质性的盈利项目、规模小、经营能力差、资金缺乏、运行机制不健全等问题。政府可以通过设立专门网站、建立＂特派员＂制度、建立合作社企业家培养机制等措施促进农民专业合作社发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of 62 farmer specialized cooperatives in Liaoning province,it is found that their development level has been relatively low.The following problems universally exist： lack of substantive profitable project,smallness in scale,bad business capacity,lack of capital and imperfect operational mechanism.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward that the government may improve the development of farmer specialized cooperatives by establishing the special websites,the system of ＂commissioner＂ and the training system of cooperatives entrepreneurs. |
