人才流动中地区失衡的原因及对策分析

中国市场经济的发展,社会事业的进步,国际进程的加快,都需要人才充分流动起来,通过优化配置,实现人才效用的最大化。但现阶段,我国人才流动却向着地区失衡的方向发展,并且随着改革步伐的加大,这种地区失衡的人才流动趋势更加明显,这对社会主义市场经济的健康、有序、和谐发展产生了不利的影响。因此,我们必须通过完善人才市场、缩小地区差距、改善工作环境以及政府的宏观调控和政策支持等措施,来缓解或改善因人才流动地区失衡所引起的经济发展恶性循环。

Cause Analysis and Solutions of the Area Imbalance of Talents Flowing

China＇s market economical development,the progress of social causes and the acceleration of the internationalization are in need of the full mobility of talented people to achieve maximum effectiveness through the optimal allocation of human resources.But,at the current stage,China＇s flow of talents is still showing an imbalance between different regions and with the pace of reform accelerating,the imbalance of increased flow of talents in such areas become more obvious,which had a negative impact on the healthy,orderly and harmonious development of the socialist market economy.In this case,we should improve the human resources market,reduce regional disparities,improving measures such as the macro adjustments and controls and policy support of working environment to alleviate or improve the vicious circle of economical growth caused by the imbalance of talents flowing among the regions.
