| 摘 要： | 新农村建设是我国现阶段小康社会和现代化建设的主要目标任务,为当代大学生就业开辟了广阔天地,新农村建设机制是引领大学生创业的崭新视角。发展＂三农＂的政策机制、现代农业发展方式的转变机制、城乡一体化建设的改革机制,内涵创业认知和创业实践的丰富哲理。它不但是创业平台的坚实支撑,又是创业的崭新坐标,更是创业的强劲动力。

| Abstract: | The new rural construction is a major task of building a well-off society and modernization construction, which is a new viewpoint of leading university students’ innovative undertaking. The mechanisms, including the policy mechanism of developing the problems of peasant, rural areas and agriculture, the transform mechanism of development mode of modern agriculture, the reform mechanism of the integration of urban and rural areas, which contain abundant philosophy. It is not only the solid foundation of starting a major task but the brand new coordinate and strong promotion of starting a major task. |
