试论农村休闲体育的特性和功能

农村休闲体育是指在农村地理范围内,利用广大农村的山川、田野、山庄、江河、湖泊等自然资源和人文资源,以城乡人口为参与主体的各类健康而愉快的体育活动。农村休闲体育内容丰富多彩,包括乡村游系列休闲体育、休闲户外运动、农村休闲体育旅游、农村社区休闲体育。农村休闲体育具有自然生态性、季节性、地域多样性、休闲性、层次性、可持续性、高效性等特点,农村休闲体育的开发和发展有利于改善城乡居民生活,促进城乡居民消费,增加农村居民收入和拓展农村服务产业。
