| 摘 要： | 产业集聚是区域产业的重要组织形式,自马歇尔提出此概念以来,研究者对产业集聚现象进行了广泛系统的研究。研究认为产业集聚的形成是竞争的结果。其优势主要是集聚可降低成本;可提高生产效率;可使生产更加灵活便捷;能增强企业的创新能力并可形成本地化产业氛围。但是,产业过度集聚也存在四种风险：结构性风险;周期性风险;网络性风险;和＂自稔性＂风险。

| Abstract: | The industrial cluster is an important form of organization for regional industry.Since this concept advanced by Marshall,researchers have conducted extensive studies over the phenomenon of industrial agglomeration.Study suggests that the formation of industrial agglomeration is the result of competition.The advantages of agglomeration mainly lie in reducing costs,improving production efficiency,making production more flexible and convenient,enhancing industry＇s innovative capacity and foster a localization atmosphere.However,there are four types of risks embodied in industry＇s over-concentration：structural risk,cyclical risks,network risk,and ＂self-sterility＂ risk. |
