高校廉洁文化建设新探

高校廉洁文化建设是通过管理者廉洁从政、教师廉洁从教、学生廉洁品格培养,形成完善的廉洁文化制度、浓厚的廉洁文化氛围、高尚的廉洁文化价值取向。高校廉洁文化建设有利于提升高校管理效能和核心竞争力;有利于构建和谐校园;有利于提高大学生思想政治素质。高校廉洁文化建设面临思想认识不到位、客观环境不乐观、自身管理不规范等问题。高校廉洁文化建设应提高认识,加强领导;开展廉洁文化理论研究;加强制度反腐;将廉洁文化建设融入到校园文化建设中。

A New Exploration on the Construction of College Incorruptible Culture

Incorruptible culture construction means establishing perfect incorruptible culture system,rich incorruptible culture atmosphere,and gracious value orientation of incorruptible culture.The incorruptible culture construction in the higher education institutions can enhance university management effectiveness and core competitiveness,construct the harmonious campus,and improve college students＇ ideological and political quality.In constructing college incorruptible culture,we will face problems like the fuzzy ideological understanding,severe objective environment,and non-scientific management.We should deepen the understanding and strengthen the leadership of constructing of college incorruptible culture,conduct its theoretical research,strengthen the system of anti-corruption,and incorporate the incorruptible cultural construction into the construction of campus culture.
