基于螺旋管分离器多相流计量装置研究

摘    要:分离器是多相流分离计量的关键技术,根据螺旋管内流体受重力和离心力作用原理.研究设计了以螺旋管复合气液分离器为核心与气液流量计、调节阀和计算机测控系统组合的多相流计量装置。系统响应实验证明采用气路调节阀控制分离器液位的模糊-PID控制方案可以有效地保证计量装置的稳定运行,具有较强的抗干扰能力。油气水实流测试实验证明此装置可以适应较大范围的多相流流量变化,相对测量误差小于5±2.5%。

Abstract:Separator is the key technique of multiphase separation measurement. According to the principles of gravity and centrifugal force having an effect on the fluid inside the spiral pipes, multiphase measuring device has been studied and designed, which takes compound gas-liquid separator of spiral pipe as the centre and is combined with gas-liquid flowmeter, adjustable valve and computer control system. The system response experiment indicates that fuzzy PID control scheme, applying air adjustor to the control of the liquid level of separator, can effectively guarantee the stable operation of measuring devices and possess stronger capacity to resist interferences. Meanwhile, the measuring experiment of real oil, gas and water flow shows that the device can adapt to the large scale of multiphase changes, but only with less than±2.5% metering error.
