| 摘 要： | 从设计理念、结构模式、系统运行的作用和意义以及保障机制四个方面介绍了重点项目管理信息系统,并对该系统做了成效评估,旨在通过这样的评估,找出电子政务中,重点项目管理信息系统建立实施过程中的优势与不足,为提高广西省电子政务水平和提高信息化水平提供科学的参考依据。

| Abstract: | From the four aspects of the design concept,structure model,system running effect and significance as well as the safeguard mechanism introduces key project management information system,and the system made the effectiveness evaluation,aimed at the adoption of such evaluation,find out the electronic government,the focus of the project management information system is established in the process of the implementation of the advantages and disadvantages,in order to provide scientific reference for improving the Guangxi province e-government level and improve the level of information. |
