Research on Conductive Mechanism of US Financial Crisis

Currently, impacts of US financial crisis still remain and affect countries more severely with more open economy. Financial crisis exists in monetary and debt area and sectors of banking and capital market, which are interactive with each other, and is spread to other geographical spaces, markets or areas. As spreading of the crisis is synchronous in space and time and results in a chain reaction, it has tremendous impacts over the world. The globe should improve financial laws and regulations, raise awareness of investor about financial risks, and enhance economic exchanges. That is how the world can prevent the financial crises and develop a stable and healthy economy.
