Strategic selection of Nanjing regional civilization and regional economic growth

The spirit of Nanjing residents at new era is "open-minded,simple and honest,universal love and innovation".The urban spirit of Nanjing is "to have enough virtues to tolerate with others and to be civilized in common".Ability of synthetic competing of Nanjing and its economic nationwide positions are getting near the bottleneck of its growth.How to overpass the bottleneck and to make it become the engine to increase synthetic competitive power of Nanjing depends on two aspects.One is to understand itself and reselect the developmental strategy.Another way is to eliminate system barrier which hampers comparative advantages of Nanjing and the economic development,to look for the new way for the economic development of Nanjing,and to gradually change Nanjing as manufacture site of Yangtze River delta into research and development site of manufacture technology in order to make Nanjing become eastern information harbor,silicon city,with ancient civilization characteristics.
