| 摘 要： | 随着长三角、珠三角、环渤海都市圈的迅速崛起,都市圈经济已经成为带动地方经济快速发展、优化产业结构的重要途径,而作为东北三省经济增长极的"哈、长、沈、大"四大都市圈发展仍然比较滞后,原因是行政区划导致的重复建设和产业结构趋同等现象,实施错位发展、加强区域分工合作以及发展产业集群是提升四大都市圈竞争力的重要手段.
