| 摘 要： | 中国制造业已经融入全球价值链分工体系,并且凭借巨大的制造业总量成为名副其实的＂世界工厂＂。但是,中国制造业在全球价值链分工中处于低端环节,存在自主研发能力薄弱、自主营销品牌缺乏和高水平人力资源匮乏方面的问题。面对发达国家高端技术封锁、其他国家劳动力的竞争压力以及资源环境紧张的压力,迫切需要尽快提升产品附加值,开展自主创新,实现制造业产业升级。
