职业技能导向型教学体系构成系统分析

摘    要:职业技能导向型教学体系包括驱动、受动、支持、控制四个子系统。能力本位教学理念是职业技能导向型教学体系的驱动子系统,教师和学生是受动子系统,支持子系统则由课程、教学组织方式、教学方法和教学环境组成,对职业技能导向型教学体系起保障作用,控制子系统包括教学质量管理、评价和反馈,控制行动导向教学体系的正常运行并实施反馈。
