基于可行能力理论的福利测度实证研究述评

经济发展与福利缺失长期并存的社会现实反映了传统的经济福利测度方法无法准确度量社会福利水平。可行能力理论为社会福利测度提供了新的视角，国内外学者也在此基础上展开了大量研究，主要集中在基于可行能力理论度量福利水平的适用性研究和以不同地区、不同群体为对象展开的应用性研究，但在研究对象的选取、福利测度的功能性活动范畴和福利水平的异质性因素分析等方面仍存在不足。

Review of Empirical Research of Welfare Measurement Based on the Capability Approach

The long-term coexistence of economic growth and the lack of social welfare reflects that traditional measure of economic welfare approach can not accurately measure the level of social welfare. The capability approach provided a new perspective for studying social welfare, and scholars launched a large number of studies to further the measurement of social welfare, mainly in the study of the applicability and practicality of measuring welfare in different regions and different groups. But deficiencies exist in selecting the object of study, choosing the functional activity and analyzing heterogeneity factors.
