水库移民后期扶持资金合理分配探讨

通过调查和统计分析,针对安置模式和后期生产扶持模式的的特点,采用不同的资金分配方式,有利于充分发挥移民扶持资金的最大化效用。插花安置、投亲靠友安置、自谋职业和无土安置移民采用直补到人为主模式;改善移民基础设施和发展生产采用项目扶持为主模式;农业综合开发采用两结合分配模式。

Study of Allocation of Post-Supporting Funds for Reservoir Immigrants

By survey and statistical analysis,based on the settlement mode and characters of supporting mode of post-production, different funds allocation ways are adopted,which is helpful for giving full to the function of supporting funds for immigrants.Small families are settled,while persuade immigrants to move their homes beside friends and relatives and encourage them to find jobs by themselves without occupying land.These are people-oriented mode.In addition,immigration infrastructure should be improved and the projects for developing production should be encouraged.The development of agriculture should adopt two-combination allocation mode.
