顽固性肾绞痛的急诊输尿管镜治疗分析

目的 探讨急诊输尿管镜下碎石取石术治疗输尿管结石并顽固性绞痛的临床应用价值.方法 对 120 例输尿 管结石并顽固性绞痛患者输尿管镜下碎石取石治疗,其中上段结石 20 例,中段结石 36 例,下段结石 64 例.结果 上、中、下段结石治疗成功率分别为 80.0%(16/20)、94.4%(34/36)、96.9%(62/64),未出现输尿管穿孔、断裂、菌血症 等严重并发症.结论 输尿管结石并顽固性绞痛急诊输尿管镜下治疗是安全有效微创的治疗方法.

Stubborn renal colic Emergency Ureteroscopy Treatment Analysis

Objective to study the therapeutic effect of emergency under rubble stone-free art for the treatment of ureteral calculi and stubborn colic value of clinical application.Methods 120 cases of ureteral stones and stubborn cramping pain patients under ureteroscopy gravel stone-free treatment,among which the DuanJieShi 20 cases,stone middle 36 cases,DuanJieShi under 64 cases.Results of DuanJieShi treatment success rate were 80.0%(16/20)、 94.4%(34/36)、96.9%(62/64),did not appear ureteral perforation,fracture,bacteremia severe complications.Conclusion ureter stone and stubborn colic emergency ureteroscopy treatment is effective and safety in the treatment of minimally invasive method.
