试述用电管理存在的问题和节约用电措施

随着现代科学技术的发展,一方面,造成电能质量问题的因素不断增长;另一方面,各种复杂的、精密的、对电能质量敏感的用电设备不断普及,人们对电能质量及可靠性的要求越来越高。电能质量直接关系到国民经济的总体效益。电能在现代工农业生产、科学实验及人民生活等各个领域中获得了极为广泛的应用。由于目前我国电能利用的效率较差,因此节电的潜力很大。文章提出目前电能利用中存在的问题,阐述了节约用电的管理措施和技术措施。

Discussion on Problems in Power Usage Management and Measures for Power Saving

With the development of modern science and technology, on the one hand, the factors causing power quality problems are growing, on the other hand, the popularization of sophisticated and sensitive electrical equipment which are sensitive to electricity results in the higher demand for the reliability of power quality. The quality of power directly relates the general benefits of national economy. It is widely used in many fields such as modem industrial and agricultural production, scientific experiment and people＇s life. Due to the low efficiency of our power utilization ratio, there is big potential for power saving. The paper proposes the existing problems in current power usage and elaborates the management measures for power saving and technological measures.
