贵宾客户管理:酒店管理的重要领域

摘    要:客户关系管理在现代酒店企业的经营管理中,随着竞争的加剧,倍受重视,具有独特的战略意义。本文分析了酒店贵宾客户管理的重要性,总结了国际知名酒店集团的相关做法,提出了从成本控制、优势互补、讲求实效、循序渐进四个方面加强国内酒店贵宾客户管理的建议。

Abstract:Along with the growing competition,guest relationship management is now playing a more and more important and strategic role in the management of modern hotels.This article analyses the importance of the management of hotel VIP guests,summarizes the relative practices of international prestigious hotels and put forward some strategies to improve the management of VIP guests in Chinese hotels in the following four aspects:the cost control,the complement of strong and weak points,the actual effect and the gradual improvement process.
